With 28 years of experience in K-8 education, Jennifer has become a dedicated veteran and passionate champion for students. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple districts, serving a wide range of learners and advocating for their success. She focuses on providing effective classroom and literacy interventions that cater to each student’s unique needs. She believes in the power of individual and small group tutoring because it allows for skills-focused, personalized instruction that truly makes a difference. This approach not only helps students build essential academic skills but also fosters growth and confidence. She is goal-oriented, always striving to meet specific needs of each child, while promoting the whole child and supporting student’s social, emotional, and academic development. By promoting strong family connections and building collaborative working relationships, she has been able to support students in meaningful ways, ensuring they feel supported both inside and outside of the classroom. She is proud of the work she has chosen to dedicate her life to, knowing that each day she makes a lasting impact on the future of her students.
